Celestial Equine reserves the right to amend, update, add to, or remove portions of these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of these Terms. The Services are provided exclusively for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use. Failure to comply may result in immediate disciplinary action, including in-game currency fines, account restrictions, or permanent bans.

All enforcement actions will be permanently documented on the account.

Account Creation and Ownership

• Players must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to create a Celestial Equine account.
  
  
• Users under the age of thirteen (13) must obtain direct parental permission prior to accessing the game.
  
  
• Accounts belonging to users under the age of thirteen (13) without verified parental consent will be permanently banned.
  
  
• Any member found to have falsified their age to access age-restricted features will be subject to permanent account termination.
  
  
• Due to the minimum age requirement of thirteen (13), all content on the site must remain PG-13.
  
  
• Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
  
  
• Vulgar or excessive profanity
  
  
• Sexual references or explicit material
  
  
• References to illegal activities, including underage drinking
  
  
• Each member may own a maximum of one (1) free (basic) account.
  
  
• There is no fixed limit on the number of premium (paid) accounts a member may own.
  
  
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited under all circumstances.
  
  
• Celestial Equine is not responsible for the loss of in-game items, site currency, horses, or other game assets resulting from account sharing.
  
  
• Members are fully responsible for all activity conducted on their account, regardless of who accesses it.
  
  
• Claims that violations were committed by another individual will not be accepted.
  
  
• Members are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their login credentials.
  
  
• If unauthorized access to an account is suspected, members must immediately change their password and notify a site moderator.
  
  
• A valid email address is required at registration for account verification and recovery purposes.

Your Account

• By registering with Celestial Equine, each user is granted a set of limited privileges, which may include but are not limited to:
  
  

• • Owning simulated horses
    
    

  • Editing and managing account information
    
    

  • Communicating with other members through in-game messaging, forums, and chat rooms
    
    

  • Owning and managing stables
    
    

  • Creating and hosting shows
    
    

  • Earning, holding, and using virtual currency
    
    
    
    

• All account privileges are conditional and may be restricted, suspended, or revoked if a member fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions and rules listed on this page.
  
  
  

• Cheating in any form is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:
  
  

• • Creating additional accounts for the purpose of obtaining referral rewards, gems, or farming in-game currency
    
    

  • Using scripts, bots, or off-site programs to access, manipulate, or interact with the game
    
    

  • Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics to gain an unfair advantage
    
    

  • Using or distributing scripts or tools that grant access to areas or features not supported by the site’s official functionality
    
    
    

• Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through unauthorized means may result in immediate disciplinary action, up to and including permanent account termination.

Member Etiquette

• Celestial Equine is intended to remain a friendly, respectful, and welcoming community. Members are expected to interact with others in a courteous, polite, and respectful manner at all times. This standard applies equally to interactions with other members and with site staff.
  
  

• All members must treat every individual on the site with respect, including fellow players and staff members.
  
  

• The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
      ◦ Name-calling, personal attacks, accusations, or fighting
      ◦ Harassment, intimidation, or targeted behavior toward others
      ◦ Begging, including requests for free horses, items, money, donations, or making unreasonable bids
      ◦ Spamming or flooding forums, chat rooms, or messages, including but not limited to:
          ◦ Duplicate or excessive posting
          ◦ Sending the same message to multiple members
          ◦ Excessive use of ALL CAPS
  
  

• Public “blacklists” of members, whether on profile pages, forum topics, or elsewhere on the site, are not permitted.
  
  

• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or loopholes is strictly prohibited and considered cheating.
      ◦ Members are required to report any discovered bugs, glitches, or loopholes immediately.
      ◦ Any member found exploiting or knowingly withholding information about such issues will be permanently banned.
  
  

• Swearing and profanity are not permitted on the site.
      ◦ Profanity may not be directed at other members, site staff, or the site itself.
      ◦ Excessive or repeated use of offensive language is prohibited.
      ◦ Discriminatory or non-inclusive language is strictly forbidden, including but not limited to racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise offensive words, phrases, images, or media.
      ◦ Such language is not permitted in usernames, horse names, statuses, or any other form of identification or content.
  
  

• Impersonation of site staff by non-staff members is strictly prohibited.
  
  

• Members may not share personally identifiable information, including full names, physical addresses, or email addresses.
  
  

• Celestial Equine may not be used to discuss, promote, or plan illegal activities.
  
  

• Pornographic or explicit content of any kind, whether written, illustrated, or photographic, is strictly prohibited.
  
  

• Any attempt to scam, deceive, or falsely advertise to other members may result in disciplinary action, including fines, temporary suspension, reversal of trades, or permanent account termination.

Chat Room and Forum Etiquette

• All members are expected to treat others, including site staff, with respect at all times.
      ◦ Insulting, bullying, or abrasive behavior toward staff members will be addressed in the same manner as if directed toward another member.
      ◦ Celestial Equine follows the “Golden Rule”: if you cannot say something kind or constructive, do not say anything at all.
  
  

• If a staff member requests a change in topic to prevent conflict or escalation, members are expected to comply.
      ◦ Continuing controversial or inflammatory discussions that disrupt the community are not permitted.
  
  

• While member assistance is appreciated, staff members are responsible for enforcing site rules.
      ◦ Members must not engage in “mini-modding,” defined as attempting to enforce rules rather than simply reminding others, unless they hold an official staff position.
      ◦ This expectation applies especially when staff members are actively present on the forums or in chat.
  
  

• Members must follow all forum board-specific rules.
      ◦ Board-specific rules carry the same authority as the general Terms and Conditions.
  
  

• Forum posts must be made in the appropriate board.
      ◦ For example, sales advertisements may not be posted in general discussion boards.
  
  

• The forums may not be used to seek or provide real-life advice.
      ◦ This includes advice related to personal matters, veterinary care, medical issues, or psychiatric concerns.
      ◦ Members should seek qualified professionals for such matters, as advice provided by other users may be inaccurate or harmful.
  
  

• If a forum post is locked by staff, there is no cause for concern.
      ◦ Staff will either provide a reason for the closure or the post may be locked pending further review.
  
  

• Members may not post links to, promote, or advertise external websites or browser-based games that contain harmful content or are not appropriate for users aged thirteen (13) and older.
      ◦ This includes, but is not limited to, websites or games featuring explicit material, excessive violence, illegal activities, or other content unsuitable for a PG-13 audience.

General Game Content

• Celestial Equine reserves the right to modify, update, or change any aspect of the game at any time and at its sole discretion.
      ◦ This includes, but is not limited to, in-game currency rewards, gameplay mechanics, new features, or changes to existing features.
  
  

• Game-related fees may change at any time without prior notice.
      ◦ While reasonable efforts may be made to inform members of such changes, no refunds will be issued for any purchased extras.
  
  

• Celestial Equine is provided as a service and not as a product.
  
  

• Access to the site may be temporarily restricted if the site becomes overloaded.
      ◦ The site may also be unavailable during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods.
  
  

• Members may not use any game communication channels, including forums, chat rooms, messaging systems, or Discord, to state intent to commit suicide or to seek advice related to suicidal thoughts.
      ◦ Members experiencing such distress are strongly encouraged to contact their local suicide prevention hotline or qualified medical professionals trained to provide assistance.
  
  

• Accounts, horses, site currency, and in-game items may not be sold, traded, or exchanged for real-world currency.
      ◦ This includes, but is not limited to, currencies such as USD, CAD, EUR, and AUD.
  
  

• The Services and all associated content are the exclusive property of Celestial Equine.
      ◦ This includes, but is not limited to, text, images, graphics, and code.
      ◦ All content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, database, and other intellectual property laws.

Links to Other Websites

• The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned, operated, or controlled by Celestial Equine.
  
  

• Celestial Equine does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
  
      ◦ Members acknowledge and agree that Celestial Equine shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by the use of, or reliance on, any content, goods, or services available through such third-party websites or services.
      ◦ This includes, but is not limited to, advertisements displayed based on a member’s browser cookies and third-party pet or animal-related sites shared by other members.
  
  

• Members are strongly encouraged to review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services they choose to visit.

Disclaimers, Copyright, and Reserved Rights

• All purchases of Celestial Equine Credits (including “gems” or “coins”) must be completed through PayPal using an account or payment method owned by the purchaser or used with explicit permission.
      ◦ All purchases are voluntary and non-refundable.
  
  

• Celestial Equine is not responsible for content submitted by members.
      ◦ Opinions and views expressed by members do not necessarily reflect those of the site or its staff.
  
  

• Celestial Equine retains copyright ownership of the game and all associated content.
      ◦ This includes, but is not limited to, written content, artwork, programming, and code.
      ◦ Original artists retain credit for their work.
      ◦ Use of any site content outside of Celestial Equine is prohibited without prior written permission.

• Any issues not explicitly addressed in these Terms will be handled at the discretion of Celestial Equine’s administrative and moderation team.
